The Wedding Gallery in London is a must for every bride!
Having ticked a lot of the big organisational tasks off of our wedding to do list, it was time to turn my attention towards my four lovely bridesmaids. I have four of my closest friends and family as bridesmaids and I was just as excited to buy our bridesmaid dresses as I was buying my own dress!
I wasn’t 100% sure what type of dresses I wanted or even where to start! However, I turned to the internet to help me and came across The Wedding Gallery which is like a bridal department store for all your wedding needs!
As I have a colour scheme for my wedding I sort of had an idea of what colour dresses I wanted. I had also had a look at a range of materials online to see if I could rule any out! With this in mind, I had a look through The Wedding Gallery’s bridesmaid section prior to booking an appointment.
The dresses on the website were beautiful and gave starting prices so it was really clear, especially when I was looking at my budget. I decided to book an initial appointment so I could take my Maid of Honour and my mum. It was super simple to book on the website and cost £30.
We turned up at TWG and entered into the most beautiful underground building, it was like nothing I had ever seen before. It truly was the perfect bridal experience and I wasn’t even trying on wedding dresses!
We were greeted by Dom who showed us around and then took us to the bridesmaid styling area. He was super informative, listened to what I was after and gave us loads of amazing suggestions. I couldn’t recommend him more! He showed us so many dresses from different brands, explained the materials and what would look good with what and was really helpful when it came to different bridesmaid sizes, styles and heights.
My Maid of Honour was able to try on so many different dresses and Dom helped us to narrow it down to our favourites. TWG had lots of different gowns to try on but if they weren’t in the correct colour, they had lots of samples so it was easy to visualise what you want.
Having taken hundreds of pictures in different dresses we narrowed it down to our favourite three and I booked in another appointment to bring my other bridesmaids back.
The service when we returned was just as amazing as the first time and there were enough dresses for all my bridesmaids to try on my favourite gown. It was such a special experience with my bridal party!
We decided on a gown for all my bridesmaids which is absolutely beautiful and I can’t wait to see all of them dressed in them! I am keeping the brand and dresses under wraps for now but can’t wait to share them after the wedding!
The Wedding Gallery really was a special experience and is such a cool place to visit. Like I said earlier it is like a wedding department store, you can pretty much plan your whole wedding from inside this building! I loved looking at all of the beautiful decorations, cakes and accessories. Some of the hair pieces were absolutely beautiful!
If you’re recently engaged or in the midst of planning your wedding I would 100% recommend a trip to The Wedding Gallery. I absolutely love it there, even just to look around at the beautiful decor and I cannot wait to go back to pick up the dresses!
If you’re new here I’ve been documenting my wedding planning through My Wedding Journal. Also, If you haven’t already, check out my social media as I use it to update you all on new blog posts!
